Classroom Login Checklist

For library-owned resources used by patrons:

  • Set-up of new, library-owned hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc)
  • Installation of work-related software (e.g., operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc)
  • Troubleshooting of library-owned hardware & software (Photoshop, Toast, etc)
  • Instruction for using the library's circulating equipment (clickers, digital video cameras, etc)
  • Web Development Consultations
  • Web Conferencing
  • Video Production - studio & video editing, audio production, and post-production
  • Multimedia design
  • Classroom support 
  • LMS production
  • Video Checkout
  • Virtual Reality support
  • Lab Computing for Academic & Health Dept

Response time

The IT Department will respond to requests received via phone or email within one business day.

Service availability & schedule

The IT Department is available Monday-Friday, from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM. Services are available with an appointment. With prior planning, someone from the IT Department can arrange to come to you if visiting the Library isn't convenient.
