As part of a project to analyze the prevalence of open access publishing among our UVA Health constituents, we have constructed this dashboard to show the proportion of articles published via open access over the last few years. We used the Europe PMC REST API as our data source, parsed the data in Python and displayed it in an app created with Streamlit.
