    • This is a World Health Organization program that aims to improve online access to academic journals for local, non-profit institutions in low-and-middle-income countries.
    • To find out if your institution might be eligible for affordable access to academic journals through this program, go to the Hinari Eligibility webpage.
  • PubMed Central® (PMC)
    • This is a free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health’s National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM).
  • Research4Life
    • This is the collective name for five programs – Hinari, AGORA, OARE, ARDI, and GOALI – that provide low-and-middle-income countries (LMIC) with free or low-cost access to academic and professional peer-reviewed content online.

  • Consortium of Universities for Global Health 
    • The Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) is a rapidly growing Washington, DC-based organization of over 170 academic institutions and other organizations from around the world engaged in addressing global health challenges.
  • Fogarty International Center
    • The Fogarty International Center (FIC) is a Center within the National Institutes of Health in the U.S. that funds global research.
  • Global Health Training Center
    • This is an outstanding general resource. It provides eLearning courses about all aspects of the research process! You earn a certificate free of charge – you just have to register for an account. It is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  
  • Global Oncology 
    • GO is a volunteer community of physicians, scientists, designers, engineers, public health experts, policymakers, nurses, lawyers, students, and other professionals working in teams to help people throughout the world who are treating cancer and its related pain.
  • National Cancer Institute
