How Do I Reserve a Room?

Use this form to reserve the Carter Classroom, the MILL, the audio booth, and space in the Link, which includes the alcove and hallway. Use this form to reserve the Presentation Studio. Reservations for all other rooms on the first floor (1226 - 1337) are self-service using this link. If you need a double room, say 1335/1337, please reserve both rooms.

To reserve the lactation room, use this link.

Note: SR1-6 and the Detmer Room in the 2nd floor (main floor) are first come first served.

Library reservable spaces are not intended to be used as primary office space or repetitively reserved in a way that would inhibit use by other UVA Health entities.

	Tolleson Room (There is no computer in this room).) 	Carter Classroom Schedule Here - (Reservations taken up to 2 months in advance.) Location: 1^st Floor, near elevator Square Feet: 774 Seating Capacity: 12 Computers + 1 instructor’s station Equipment: overhead projector, mobile & wall-mounted white boards. not recommended for exams Software: Standard shared layer HIT build + R Studio & SPSS (go to the main library site for information on SAS)
